A Golden age of music lives on….
It may be my age, but the nostalgic memories evoked from the news reports on the Led Zeppelin one off concert in London this week were special, as was the event by the sound of the reports.
No wonder tickets were hard to come by! I would have given a lot just to see the warm up acts: Bill Wyman and the Rhythm kings, Paul Rogers, Foreigner, Maggie Bell and more.
At the risk of sounding my age, you can’t beat the oldies!

A summer job, writing odds on an over-sized white board at Ladbroke Racing, at that time the UK & Ireland's largest off track licensed bookmaker, proved to be the catalyst to a hugely successful career, culminating in establishing himself as a leader in the international gaming industry.
